3) Concession and Exhibit Move-In:
Thursday July 30 8:00AM – 2:00PM

Note: All vehicles must be off Ag Grounds no later then
10:30AM daily.

4) Concession and Exhibit Move-Out:
Monday Aug 2 10:00PM – 12:00AM
Tuesday Aug 3 8:00AM – 4:00PM

5) Gate Admission Passes:
Concessionaires and Exhibitors must use gate passes for admission to the grounds. You must order your passes in advance and mail back to us with your signed Agreement.

6) Parking Passes:
Concessionaires and Exhibitors must use parking passes to enable them to park in their designated area. You must order your All Weekend Parking Pass in advance and mail this request back to us with your signed Agreement.

Though security personnel will be on duty from Thursday July 31 through Monday, Aug 4, Concessionaires and Exhibitors are advised to adequately insure their merchandise and we suggest that any moveable or valuable materials be removed at the end of each day.

8) Insurance (Public Liability):
Concessionaires, Exhibitors or their agents must provide proof of at least $2,000,000 of public liability insurance. A copy of insurance certificate, naming the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society as an insured party must be included with your licensed signed agreement. Note: This is applicable to successful applicants only.

Neither the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society nor The Town of Strathmore will accept responsibility for injury, loss of or damage to products, exhibits, concessions or equipment by fire, accident, theft or any other cause, during the event, move in or move out. The Concessionaire or Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining any/all insurance related to their participation in the event.

9) Payments:
Concessionaires and Exhibitors must send full payment with their signed license agreement by May 8, 2009, along with their Insurance information. Concessionaires will be required to report their sales and pay the required 15%+GST daily. Day one (1) payment must be paid by 10:00AM on day two (2) and so on. Payments on day five (5) must be paid by 4:00PM, and sales for the last hours of day five (5) may be estimated.

10) Utilities:
Successful applicants will be required to place orders, using the order forms sent with the license agreement as follows:
Water: Supplied no charge for Concessionaires
Power: Concessionaires and Exhibitors are required to place an order for electrical

Note: Order for power must be returned with your signed license agreement with full payment.
